  • Through implementing effective service management disciplines, improve LoB service stability, and assist the LoB Line of business in effectively managing risk to the LoB production environment
  • To act as the single management point of contact for LoB production-related outages and stability matters
  • To provide support, advice, and coaching to customers on all aspects of IT Level 1 service management
  • Travel into African countries in order to form a relationship with in-country resources and have first-hand experience on how they operate
