Transport Refrigeration (Reefer) Installation & Maintenance

• Installed and commissioned commercial transport refrigeration units (TRUs) on fleet trucks and trailers according to strict manufacturer blueprints.
• Diagnosed mechanical and electrical faults in reefer architectures, troubleshooting compressors, evaporators, and condenser fans.
• Executed system evacuation and charging by performing vacuum decay tests, leak-testing lines, and managing refrigerant levels safely.

Lithium-Ion Battery Systems & Advanced Electrification

• Built,assembled and rebuilt custom lithium-ion battery packs from individual cell selection through to final module configuration.
• Repaired, maintained and serviced degraded battery systems by identifying failed cells, measuring internal resistance, and replacing modules to restore capacity.
• Wired and programmed Battery Management Systems (BMS) to accurately control cell balancing, overcurrent cut-offs, and thermal management.
• Enforced strict high-voltage safety protocols, utilizing specialized PPE, rated insulated tools, and proper lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Analyzed live battery performance data using digital multimeters and cell testing software to verify cycle stability before deployment.

Program & Operational Excellence

• Leveraging the 12-month YES framework to fast-track technical competencies, working under minimal supervision to meet tight fleet turnaround deadlines.
• Maintained precise digital repair logs and material tracking sheets to document cell grading and component installations for quality assurance.
