Fund Administrator
- Daily administration of employee benefits claims (retirement, resignation, death, disability and divorce claims) and ensuring all processing is done within service level agreement
- Monitor dashboard/ daily stats report to ensure that incidents are attended to within SLA
- Assist and support the employee benefits consulting team by dealing with external and internal queries telephonically or by written correspondence as required
- Completing group risk buy-ins
- Provide ongoing feedback to members and employers on risk and retirement claims
- Investigate, resolve and provide feedback to Fund Accountant on all general ledger queries
- Reconcile and flagging of the Housing loans
- Load beneficiaries as stipulated by Trustee resolution
- Maintain Client Relationship Management system
- Handle all client enquiries in a professional manner within SLA (24 to 48 hours)
- Developed training materials for new staff members joining the team, fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth.
- Implemented risk management measures to detect potential issues early and mitigate negative impact on the fund''s value.
- Comply with Pension Fund Rules
