- Worked with water-based inks at Sacks Packaging under flintgroup (1 month)
- Worked with Solvent based inks at Tropic Plastics under flintgroup (August till today)
- Supported staff members(Experienced Ink-Technicians, flexographic Machine Operators, and 2 FlintGroup SDupervisors) in their daily tasks, making sure enough and correct ink color is made ready for the printing machine.
- Gained valuable experience working within a ink and printing industry, applying learned concepts directly into relevant work situations.
- Sorted, wrote and organized files and reports. (Those files are decoding jobcards, writing inks issues in every job, Writing Work In Progress for every job and collecting and writing the press-returns left in every job)
- Gained hands-on experience in actually making the inks (using dispensers and manually using pre-written formulations, even though the formulations are sometimes edited), mixing different color bases to form one or more desired ink color.
