• Identify and screen injecting heroine users who may be eligible, interested and may benefit from opioid substitution therapy.

• Collect sputum and blood specimen on all HIV infected clients.

• Offer family planning to female PWID and pap smear.

•Teach safe injecting techniques to people who inject drugs.

• Preparaon of paents for caesarean secon and bilateral tubal ligaon
• Managing of emergency obstetrics including PPH, cord prolapse, cord presentaon, eclampsia, pre eclampsia with doctors
• Monitoring of fetal and maternal wellbeing
• Monitoring of paents in labour
• Performing Deliveries (Normal Vaginal Delivery)
• Monitoring of sick neonates
• Giving of health educaon to pregnant women and post natal mothers
