  • Reception and toilets are clean and in working order
  • Staff toilets and locker rooms are neat and clean
  • Ensuring that the offices on site are operational, clean and that all IT is in order
  • Kitchen and toilets to be cleaned daily or as and when needed
  • Reporting any irregularities to HO/RM

  • Check your perimeter security daily and electric fencing
  • Check the log book daily and ensure that it is being done correctly by the Security Guard
  • Confirm any faulty alarms or camera systems to Carl Ludick (Risk Manager) with a fully detailed report as to what might have caused the problem
  • Make sure you have a panic button, keys and remotes with you at all times
  • Ensure that you brief your staff fully on all security processes and procedures
  • Do daily security checks and push the panic button to test armed response
  • To daily collate client information in a monthly Marketing Report to HO
  • Answering all email and toll-free inquiries on a daily basis
  • Follow up with potential clients as per HO training
  • Collecting all the required marketing material on a daily basis for your monthly report
  • Ensuring your report is complete, comprehensive and in on time by month end
