- Most of the work that I had to do planning and supervise was servicing of compressors (Ingersoll-Rand 450KW, Centac 1500KW and Atlas Copco), pumps, heat exchangers, calibrating actuator valves, flow transmitter, Infrared scanning, PI testing, Vibration on rotating equipment, taking oil samples, servicing breakers, servicing UPS, oil filtration on Transformers, fabrication work, replacing of the pipeline, testing and calibration of PSV (EnerMech), etc
- I was responsible and authorized for isolating lockout, tagout and energizing of 11KV, 6.6KV, 525KV and 380V switching
- Attending to breakdown, fault finding and repairing faults at same time, able to read and design electrical engineering drawings, the full understanding of PLC S7 and able to do programming using Simatic Manager and Wincc software, able to do hardware configuration
- I have worked on different kinds of pumps, doing maintenance and doing condition monitoring on them, I made sure that the machine reaches its efficiency by scheduling to lubricate the bearings, checking for any defect and abnormal sound from bearing, temperature and malfunction of it
