I am an ambitious and adventurous individual, who is hardworking, dedicated and self driven. I enjoy Sports and working out/keeping fit, and am an avid reader amongst other things. I have a keen sense of humour, but also know when its time to be serious and dig my heels in.


Professionally, I have worked across 3 different industries i.e. Property, Retail and currently Food and Beverage. However I have always worked within a similar role that has allowed me to develop a specific skill set, and this role has been predominantly Operations, Marketing and Business Management related. I have come to realize that though the products/industries may be different, systems, implementation and maintenance procedures are highly similar. Working in all 3 industries has made me versatile, highly adaptable and most importantly relevant to the right audience.


My ultimate ambition is to found and head a food and beverage firm, as well as run and own a Vineyard. I also would like to be a Wine Sommelier.
