Accomplishments

    As part of the PPS 2019 Graduate programme, we were tasked with coming up with ideas of process reengineering in order to improve and elevate product offerings and service delivery to PPS clients. This involved research and team work. The group presented three ideas to EXCO and two of those ideas were adopted by EXCO to be implemented in the organisation in 2020. As the MC at the EXCO presentation, I was tasked with coordinating and facilitating the flow of the programme. This helped to improve my research and presentation skills.
