Clinical:

• Running of inpatient groups for adult clients ages 18-60 which consist out of arts and crafts, self-development groups, and relaxation groups according to the facility program.
• Running of inpatient groups for geriatric clients which consist of arts and crafts and cognitive/social stimulation groups.
• Assessment of psychogeriatric clients to determine level of functioning and level of care needed.
• Report Writing.
• Maintaining daily administrative tasks such as writing SOAP notes in each clients’ folder on a daily basis and filling in billing forms for each session.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team consisting out of a case manager, doctors, nurses and psychologists.
• Attending family meetings to give feedback regarding level of care for psychogeriatric clients.

• Supervision of students placed in a public mental health care facility.
• Marking of various written work such as treatment protocols, case studies, reflective journals and session plans and provision of feedback.
