Using Corel draw · Proactively drive customer satisfaction while still maintaining the Amrod and departmental objectives. · Take over from Sales, the control of the job card which is being worked on to produce the layout and own and the job card to ensure that the correct layout is submitted to the client. · Comply with the Company Corporate Identity and advise the Account Managers of the CI of areas of non-compliance. · Educate and explain to Clients and Sales on issues that may be wrong and provide suitable solutions to “fix it:” · Arrange products for testing on the request of clients and arrange for mock-ups where the client is unsure of what they want. · Meet and exceed set targets in order to maintain the list at 1.5 hours. · Manage changes and rejects according to set targets. · Collaborate with Tanzanite and Titanium Account Managers in managing customer expectations. · Provide professional advice in the event that expectations are not met. · Suggest/Provide layout options before rejecting artwork as necessary. · Identify any trends/challenges and report to Team Leader/Supervisor and recommend best practice solutions
