  Digital Transformation Leadership: Driving initiatives to modernize business processes, improve customer experiences, and achieve competitive advantage through technology.
• IT Governance and Policy Development: Establishing and enforcing policies for IT operations, data management, and cybersecurity to ensure compliance and best practices.
  Cybersecurity and Risk Management: Implementing robust security measures, managing cyber threats, and ensuring data privacy and compliance.
• Developing and driving the Digital Strategy and the Information Technology and Systems for a diverse client base.
• Fostering Innovation by Identifying and evaluating emerging technologies, promoting a culture of innovation within the IT department, and driving continuous improvement.
  
• Executive Influence and Collaboration: Partnering with other C-suite executives to shape organizational strategy and ensure that technology initiatives are aligned with business objective
