• Board member on the following Investee companies: Actom, Kagiso Asset Management and Aurora Wind Power (Pty) Ltd. Two of these investments have since been sold.

Cornerstone Project- Establishment of herb gardens at primary schools. The initiative would enable the students and the school to establish and maintain their own herb gardens which produce could be sold to generate income for the schools. This initiative failed dismally but knowledge gained is immense.

Thesis: Focus on the impact of international tax cases on the tax legislation, transfer pricing and double tax agreements.
