KPA’s & Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for assisting and advising agents and customers with the purchasing of our travel & tour products.
• Promoting our products and services to our agents and potential customers.
• Maintaining the company’s strategic sales, marketing & reservations plan that expands our customer base in ensuring the continued growth and presence of the Hotspots2c Tours brand.
• Build and maintain efficient and professional relationships with all existing agents, new agents, clients and staff.
• Liaise with operations department with regards to tour popularity, viability & occupancy levels as well as activity & accommodation bookings and vehicle and guide availability.
• Assist, on a rotational basis, with after-hours operational phone and e-mail enquiries.
• Ensure the best possible customer service standards including telephone, email & digital communication etiquette when dealing with clients and agents.
• Assist in marketing related activities, presentations and networking events.
• Assist with the finance team with financial activities such as checking invoices and payments etc.
