Labour Law Specialist

• Identify the nature of the Labour dispute and the jurisdiction of CCMA in hearing certain matters
• Assess which matters fell within the jurisdiction of the CCMA and the Labour court.
• Prepare matters for trial in the Labour court and for arbitration proceedings, which were not limited to the below:
• Draft letters to other attorneys, clients, court documents, and ensured that matters were ripe for trial etc.
• Expert in drafting of heads of arguments, all type of applications and action proceedings;
• Expert at civil procedure and criminal procedure, following uniform rules of the court and magistrate court, as amended;
• Prepare relevant notice in terms of section 3 of the institution of legal proceedings against certain organs of State Act.

Family Law specialist:

• Provide clients with advice on way forward, in respect to their matters.
• Extensive knowledge on how different marital regimes are in South African Law
• Draft court documents to institute divorce proceedings, annulments of marriages and drafting of wills
• Oversee documents to be submitted to the family advocate and when the advocate could intervene to assist
• Facilitate contact with minor children applications where one party denies the other party from contacting the minor children.
• Drafted settlement agreements and parenting plans. Draft contracts, wills, business engagement letters, and inter vivo trust deeds
• Provide consultations, legal advise, and research services for supervisors
• Domestic Violence
• Divorces
• Parental Plans

• Assist with drafting and serving / filing of court notices
• Attend legal consultations dealing with civil, Labour at the CCMA, or Bargaining counsel, and family dispute matters

• Admitted as an Attorney on the 6th of May 2021, with right of appearance in the High Court of the Republic of South Africa.

• General assistance with Law related matters ranging from Civil, criminal, Estates, Labour, Family and commercial law.

• Experienced in patient care, reports, doctor's rounds, baby health, pap smears, and other medical administration
• Conduct presentations on Patients Rights Charter

• Client management - transactions, FICA regulations, investments, and accounts
