Manually capture POD’s for Dunns, Shoe City and John Craig.
Manage and communicate the daily outstanding POD’s the transport provider.
Reconcile scanning slip to store delivery note and follow up if differs.
Liaise with store personnel with regards to miss scans, parcels not uploaded to DTS, etc.

Sending daily SMS’s to store regarding deliveries for next day deliveries.
Sending mails to RM regarding deliveries the stores will received on their next delivery.
Monitor all daily problems with regards to issues on deliveries.
