• Responsibilities:
• Oversee all administrative queries within the branch.
• Manage daily tasks including dispatching deliveries, creating delivery notes, and dispatch documents.
• Handle petty cash and manage COD (Cash on Delivery) clients.
• Supervise time sheets and wages.
• Prepare and complete leave forms.
• Create Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and perform monthly reconciliations for clients.
• Maintain an Excel sheet linked to PODs and send to Durban.
• Capture all information on Excel.
• Reconcile fuel expenses for the sales team and company vehicles.
• Ensure all records are up to date monthly for reconciliation.
