Review and process contractor profiles on PP360 and Navigator+ for engagement, termination, etc.
Creating NEW contractor companies, positions, and incumbents on Navigator+.
Ensure document control by adhering to document control policies and effective retrieval of documents for future reference.
Change and/or update contractor employee and company details on Navigator+ and SAP such as marriage certificates, incorrect ID numbers, surnames or names, work permits, etc.
Assist contractor walk-ins with PP360 related HR queries at the reception desk.
Operate Honeywell and Morpho security system at reception desk
Review Contractor Manpower plans on PP360
Attend to queries and provide timely feedback to ensure efficient problem resolution and customer satisfaction (walk-ins, Telephonically, TEAMS, etc)

I am deeply committed to continuous improvement, consistently seeking learning opportunities and avenues for development in both my professional and personal spheres. Recently, I engaged in an Enneagram assessment, and the results affirmed my self-awareness as an Enneagram Type 4—an Intense Creative. This designation resonates with my perpetual quest for meaning, depth, and authenticity. Being attuned to my emotions and environment, I embody a creative and expressive individuality. As a Type 4, I am in touch with my inner creative voice, adept at discerning my identity and emotions distinctly.

Additionally, I participated in the Insights Discovery exercise, revealing that my default colors are Cool Blue and Fiery Red, categorizing me as a Reformer. This exercise proved intriguing as it offered a comprehensive overview of my conscious and unconscious behaviors. As a Reformer, I exhibit a critical and rigorous thinking approach, driven by a pursuit of results and the establishment of high standards for both myself and others. My competitive drive is counterbalanced by a quest for excellence and perfection, resulting in a meticulous and thoughtful decision-making process. Rapid thinking is a strength, and I approach challenges with a desire to explore all possible solutions before arriving at conclusions. As a problem solver, I thrive when afforded the freedom and space to operate independently, demonstrating a commitment to reassessing findings for continual improvement.
