Banking Analyst
- Provide support to the Relationship Managers in developing and maintaining relationships between the bank and clients
- Coordinate client marketing events including conferences and spa days
- Work on client queries and issues, and provide timely and efficient solutions
- Work with local, regional, and global client colleagues as well as various teams across the bank
- Responsible for providing a wide spectrum of support including client planning, pipeline management, coordinating with product partners and support teams, onboarding, know your clients, and customer due diligence reviews
- Assist with the preparation of client credit reviews, including financial analysis, identifying key risks, prepare and submit data for internal compliance and regulatory/audit requirements where necessary
- Participate in deals and discussions with clients alongside Relationship Managers
- Exceeded revenue targets results by working with products teams to effectively cross-selling banking products and services to existing clients
- Assisted with Implementing credit process improvements and efficiencies within the branch, leading to streamlined operations and enhanced service delivery for both clients and staff.
