  • I was employed as an Accounts Manager at Creative Incentives. My duties and responsibilities included managing Cell C and Siemens’ Incentive Programs for the year. My highlights included, Cell C’s incentive program which included travel to Miami and Florida, whilst Siemens was set in the far East; Singapore, Langkawi and Phuket. I structured and managed these incentive plans entirely. After a year of planning, it was very rewarding to see the programs unfold into the successes that they were. Sadly, soon after these events, Creative Incentives encountered some financial difficulties and was unable to recover.

  • I founded this startup in 2000. I was ambitious, hard-working and somewhat lucky too. I employed only one staff member and in the second year of operation, was joined by another partner. Our team of three landed the following accounts: National Department of Agriculture, SARS, Roadgrip Afrityre, Bausch & Lomb, Hewlett Packard, Dimension Data, Maxiprest Bridgestone, Firestone Group, Musicians Artist Assistance of South Africa (MAAPSA), Samdach Consulting, Mercantile Asset Managers, Airlease Africa, Zama Resources, Stenham Gestinor and Maisels Chambers (officiated by Mr Nelson Mandela). In 2002, I sold the client base.
