• Proficiency in monitoring and recording vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse rate, temperature, and respiratory rate, recognizing and reporting abnormalities promptly.
• Experienced in collaborating with healthcare professionals from diverse disciplines, such as nurses, physicians, therapists, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care to residents.
• Familiarity with medication administration procedures and dosage calculations, ensuring safe and accurate medication delivery to residents.
