As a model coach I have gathered a broad spectrum of polishing skills and elegant mannerisms, be adaptable and deal with hundreds of different personalities. I have undergone various training workshops, attended interviews/shows and have years of experience in this field. I represent Steele Academy as a coach in runway, acting, photography, international runways and productions. I teach young girls and boys ages 12-18 how to walk with confidence, how to act professional, how to take care of themselves (hair, nails, profiling, make-up etc.) and their reputation. How to build themselves as a brand and to represent a brand professionally. This requires patience, firmness, being motivational, building character, being professional, maintaining focus and being an example on a daily basis wherever I may find myself (practicing what I preach)
I was part of a client care department consisting of four teams. On a daily basis I dealt with clients from Australia wanting to make amendments to their insurance policies, cancel them, add more cover, compare them with other insurers (retention), guide them and advise them accordingly. The main goal was to provide them with outstanding customer service, leaving them satisfied. I mastered communication and people skills and interacted with all cultures. We as a team often met to report and give feedback, backed by statistics.
We further collaborated and shared our views and experiences. The focus was on being more efficient and effective when dealing with clients to reach the highest level of customer satisfaction. By repeating this practice of advising one another, we all gained a stronger personal skillset moving forward.
