  • Filing of orders; capturing Purchase Requisitions on the AS400;

  • Other duties relating to tenders/contracts which entailed keeping a record of all out-going tenders, notifying tenderers to collect their tenders, arranging opening of tenders, drafting/typing tenders/contracts;
  • The filing of tenders/contracts and contractors details;
  • Liaising with Shared Services Kimberley during the period they were involved in the Finsch Mine tender/contract process;
  • Preparation of documents for the Mine’s Tender Board Meetings, typing & distributing agenda and minutes.
  • I have on numerous occasions acted in various positions in the Supply Chain environment, such as: Secretary to the SCP: Operations (Materials Manager); Assistant Buyer & Systems Controller.
  • During the period June 2003 to August 2003 I was acting Contracts Administrator.
