- Receive finished goods from production and ensure that are properly stored and filed on warehouse racks
- Create dispatch form for finished goods against delivery notes and coordinate dispatch of finished goods ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Inspect finished goods quality and quantity against dispatch forms
- Monitor finished goods inventory levels and update records accordingly
- Conduct daily stock counts for finished goods inventory
- Track the movement of finished goods and report any discrepancies
- Conduct the picking of finished goods
- Liaise with third party warehouses in doing IBT of finished goods
- Working together with outbound controller in processing sales orders and planning deliveries
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to warehouse safety protocols
- Scanning POD's and hand them over to customer service manager for invoicing
