· Handling HR queries (leave, policies, contracts)

· Reporting and KPI tracking
· Track employee attendance, timekeeping, and shift patterns
· Ensure correct allocation of labour to tasks or departments
· Monitor overtime and ensure it’s justified and controlled
· Measure output per worker or team (e.g., units produced per hour)
· Identify inefficiencies, delays, or underperformance
· Compile daily, weekly, or monthly labour reports
· Maintain records of labour costs, hours worked, and productivity metrics
· Work with supervisors to optimize staffing levels
· Use timekeeping systems, ERS software, or spreadsheets to track labour data
· Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
