Working alongside an experienced team of 8 members in Premier's Linehual Revolution division I am responsible for:

• Managing, controlling, allocating and micro managing 24 individual drivers with their trucks.
• Collecting, checking and managing of all PODs, loadsheets and tracking.
• Calculating weekly wages of my drivers as well as yard personal.
• Responsible for booking, clearing and allocating all division abnormal loads.
• Department head of both Michelin and Bridgestone tyre contacts, managing client relations, updates, bookings and cross-border freight.
• Updating general maintenance on the trucks, booking services, repairs, breakdowns and controlling of truck equipment.
• Clientele/warehouse distribution of individual client stock.
• Health and safety representative, responsible for first-aid and ongoing quality and safety control measures.

Independent head of all diesel operations at Premier logistics solutions for both the Johannesburg branch and the Port Elizabeth branch overseeing 5 employees while responsible for:

• Stock control of all diesel bulk for both branches, ensuring timeous deliveries of 40 000 to 60 000 liters per day.
• Maintaining efficient relations with all on route filling stations and depots.
• Ensuring that contracts are updated and that accounts are paid and open for daily use.
• Managing the driver, allocations, collection, deliveries,permits and paperwork for the one 40 000 liter Premier diesel tanker.
• Daily data capturing, invoicing and fuel consumption statistics reports.
• Implementing managing and controlling the Fuel Management Africa (FMA) system within the Premier Group.

Working in the Premier control room being responsible for:

• Daily tracking reports, while keeping clients updated on the status of their cargo.
• Creating and distributing diesel orders to trucks using dataTim.
• Dealing with drivers, queries, complaints and breakdowns.

Working as a general worker helping with general maintenance on both private and commercial properties while being able to:

• Shuttling all workers from and to work sites, overseeing job quality and client satisfaction.
• Steel sheeting, roof construction, plumbing, welding, high pressure cleaning for clients such as Mittal, Sasol and Omnia.
