In this role, I was responsible for supporting surgeons and theater staff during orthopedic surgical procedures by providing expert knowledge of surgical instruments, implants, and procedural workflows. I ensured that all equipment and implant sets were prepared, delivered, and accounted for before and after surgery.

• Acted as a clinical and technical expert for orthopedic trauma products, demonstrating detailed knowledge of surgical protocols, instrumentation, and implant systems.
• Supported theater teams in over 40 orthopedic procedures, including hip, knee, and trauma-related cases, ensuring correct setup and usage of instruments, and maintaining sterile technique throughout.
• Functioned as a scrub technician, assisting directly in the theatre by handing instruments to surgeons, and maintaining the surgical field with adherence to infection control protocols.

As a Loanset Controller in a fast-paced, high-precision environment, I was entrusted with end-to-end responsibility for the logistical and operational handling of all medical divisions, such as Trauma, ENT, Sports Medicine and surgical implant sets.
