To assist and support in researching client briefs within the targeting process which forms part of the email campaigns. For many of the campaigns, clients require manual research for their targeting guides in order to fit into their niche/specific target market briefs. As a researcher I need to have the ability to make logical jumps as this role requires making decisions on target audience on behalf of clients.

• Organize and research sets of data provided to ensure it meets the client brief
• Complete the research tasks in a timeous manner to the best of their ability
• Supporting the research & targeting team in any ad hoc requests that may arise (i.e.: normalization and other internal processes in place)
• Research sample datasets from external data provider
• Research company insights to create personalized merge fields when the brief requires it
