At set point my main function was to ensure that the customer received the promised service within the correct time frame. I Updated the system with all the customers details and made sure that the customers were happy. I also worked on the switch board, meaning I was the companies first point of communication. At media support we dealt with the delivery of subscriptions e.g Newspapers and magazines. My job was to ensure clients received the subscriptions on time, I boked query cases for clients on the system and followed up with clients until they received their subscription. I was also the warehouse assistant, I signed for orders and made sure we reeved the right quantiles I also managed out going orders and kept record of the stock inhouse.
