- Managing the following departments at Bedfordview - shipping, planning, purchasing; customer credits (reverse logistics) and warehouse – inbound and outbound including site facilities.
- Manage shipping dept – ensure Inco terms; payment terms are adhered to
- Provide shipping training to shipping staff on an ongoing basis

- Engage with car part dealers to ensure that service delivery is maintained

- Review Net Promoter and Customer Experience Scores on a quarterly basis with management team
