I am a well-seasoned teacher with 19 years experience in mainstream and special education settings. I have taught students of all ages, however I have an unwavering passion for working with learners with Autism. With eleven years of experience experience in this areas, I am driven to deliver quality teaching that is targeted to an individual's level of functioning and addresses their unique needs to reach their full potential with a strong feeling of self-worth. Furthermore , I enjoy collaborating with diverse health and education professionals to ensure learners get the best support possible for their individual needs. I am highly focused to facilitate teacher development,Curriculum development, IESP training for individual teachers. I am proud to have made improvements and helped teachers deliver quality lessons that reflect the curriculum requirements in the IESP's in a creative,engaging,and diverse ways. Proud of my accomplishments, I now seek to further my teaching career.
