- Arranging and booking of admissions, Obtaining of pre-authorisation for patient admissions,Liaising with medical aids.
- Handling referrals Monitor billing and payments,
- Monitor patient behaviour and progress ICD 10 and procedure coding
- GoodX and Vericlaim System
- Keep updated on current medical technology, health insurance trends, and government regulations.
- Work closely with Human Resource Department, developing employee handbooks and implementing office policies and procedures
- Respond to queries, Maintain patient confidentiality, Scanning of documents Attend to payments,Invoicing and receipting, Encourage participation in attendance of program meetings that focuses on rehabilitation management and coping skills.
- Typing of reports, letters and motivations, Managing day to day scheduling.( Google Calendar) Electronic medical aid and in-room cash billing ,Capturing patient records and emailing of scripts and sick notes
