  • Analyse monthly sell-in, sell-thru, stock productivity, performance, and promotional teams / stores;
  • Analyse individual sales promoter performance daily, weekly and monthly, operational processes and ROI of cost vs
  • Revenue for each account;
  • Ensure correct implementation of agreed positioning, space and promotional execution in-store and retail presence
