During my 15 year tenure at Nedbank, I have been driven to develop my career. I have sound knowledge of various capabilities from Personal Assistant to Event Management which grew into a passion of mine. Whether it was client experience weeks, birthdays, year end functions, team building functions, webinars and teams live events, etc I got excited to plan an event. I believe that my project management skills helped me excel in my event planning as I then saw an event as a project, compiling reports, finances, stakeholder management, seeing the event from start to finish and getting feedback/constructive criticism was a plus. I may not have a formal qualification in Event Management but I love planning and managing and executing events with my passion.
My role started as a Senior Administration Officer and changed to Delivery Enablement Support as our team purpose was aligned to a new strategy.
