I have a strong passion for baking, which I’ve developed over several years. I enjoy creating both sweet and savoury items, from artisan breads to celebration cakes, always paying attention to detail, presentation, and quality.
Baking has taught me valuable transferable skills — such as precision, patience, following instructions accurately, and time management — as well as creativity in developing new recipes. I often bake for friends, and family,which has strengthened my ability to work under pressure, plan ahead, and meet deadlines.
I also take pride in maintaining high hygiene standards and experimenting with new flavour combinations to create unique products.
