As the People Capability Manager at TradeON SA , I oversee two(2) critical teams: the HR Field/Regional Business Partner team (People Capability Leader) and the Training and Development team. My role is multifaceted, encompassing strategic leadership, transformative learning & development, talent acquisition, succession & strategic workforce planning, employee engagement & wellness, and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide visionary leadership for the HR Field Business Partner and Training teams. Execute HR strategies aligned with TradeON’s mission, optimizing people management solutions. Collaborate with Operations leads to integrate HR (People) initiatives and processes for operational and business success.
Lead the transition from traditional training to engaging digital e-learning platforms. Design and deliver engaging learning experiences to empower diverse teams and foster skill development. Foster a culture of continuous improvement to meet the demands of a dynamic workforce.
Develop innovative talent development programs aligned to the global brand and organisation standards to nurture high-potential employees. Integrate character and skills growth principles through my roles as a Skills Development Facilitator and Heartstyles Practitioner. Cultivate resilient leaders prepared to drive TradeON's future success through spearheading & leading of Organisational succession planning initiatives.
Spearhead targeted wellness initiatives, performance strategies, and impactful coaching programs. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and personal growth to enhance satisfaction and retention. Enhance TradeON’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Collaborate closely with Head of Operations & Area Operations Coaches to align HR and business objectives. Develop and execute talent acquisition and retention strategies for sustainable success.
Guide end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying talent aligned with TradeON’s ethos. Create compelling job descriptions and value propositions to attract top-tier candidates. Utilize innovative sourcing channels to attract a diverse pool of talent.
