Lead and supervise audit fieldwork for various audit clients, ensuring adherence to International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and firm methodologies.

Perform complex audit procedures, including substantive testing, analytical procedures, and control testing.

Identify and assess financial statement risks, and develop appropriate audit responses.

Review work of junior team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance.

Prepare comprehensive audit working papers, ensuring proper documentation and support for audit conclusions.

Identify and research complex accounting issues, proposing solutions in line with IFRS and firm policy.

Communicate effectively with client management and personnel, addressing queries and providing updates on audit progress.

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to client service excellence.

Provide effective coaching and performance feedback to less experienced team members.

Adhere to all professional and ethical standards, including independence requirements.

Ensure compliance with all firm policies and procedures.

The Godmothers NPO is a non-profit organisation I founder in 2021, where we (as the organisation) provide sponsoring and assistance to girls currently matriculating with dresses, shoes, accessories and/or makeup for their matric farewell

I am responsible for connecting with girls in need of sponsorship and also reaching out and obtaining dress and/or monetary donations that we provide to the matriculants
