Promoted to Interim CFO after the Group CFO stepped down. I was tasked to lead the finance function of a diversified logistics group, overseeing 13 company structures & 9 internal divisions and a fleet of approximately 450 trucks. I am responsible for:

  • Leading the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Overseeing daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy of the general ledger, and delivering timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Board and Executive Committee.
