  • Designed the structure for compliance software, enabling candidates to easily sign up and upload documents via smartphones
  • Established a partnership with a CSTF-aligned training provider, offering free online training for candidates and the option to sell certificates for profit
  • Optimized the clinical interview and Fitness To Work providers, reducing the Cost To Company (CTC), Personally acquired access to an active link with over 11,500 candidate contacts across the UK, aiding the resource team in outreach
  • Ensured all links for valid checks, including CSTF-aligned approved providers, are in place
