• Attending theatre cases to learn and develop and to apply this learning in a theatre
environment and when ready give technical support in the operating theatre when required.
• Develop knowledge of how to conduct customer calls to drive business growth.
• Acquire the skill to lead the development of existing and new accounts.
• Plan and co-ordinate sales calls and strategies.
• Ongoing training of surgeons, registrars and theatre staff.
