I have managed to do the following

• provide comprehensive nursing service according to scope of practice ad current guidelines.
• help with supervision and performance and evaluate junior staff members.
• implement appropriate measures and system to ensure quality patient care.
• ensure the implementation of, and adherence to Patients Rights charter and Batho Pele principles.
• educate staff and patients quality patient.
• work closely with the community.
• keep concise and legible record and ensure that Nurses do likewise and ensure proper record keeping.
• manage medication.
• participate in the quality improvement programme.
• monitor admission and discharge criteria and facilitate effective discharge programme.
• facilitate and monitor patients health education programme.
