Duties:
-Gather and record information on employee skills, qualifications, and competencies across the organization. Assist in developing and updating the company’s skills matrix, a key tool used to identify skills gaps and inform training or recruitment strategies.
-Participate in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, preparing and asking job-specific questions, and assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and organizational fit. Provide structured feedback to the Senior HR Officer to support hiring decisions.
-Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees to ensure they are welcomed, informed, and equipped to succeed in their roles.
-Ensure all employees are provided with the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain safety and compliance, particularly in high-risk environments such as construction, healthcare, and manufacturing.
-Compile and submit documents required for BBBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) compliance.
-Ensure that all employees have signed and up-to-date employment contracts in accordance with their assigned roles.
-Prepare and set up refreshments and materials for executive meetings.
-Assist in reviewing and updating workplace policies aimed at fostering a healthy and productive work environment.
-Scan and upload documents for payroll processing, including leave and overtime records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
-Create and write job advertisements, ensuring clear and accurate representation of roles aligned with the company's culture and values.
-Accurately processed weekly payroll, ensuring all employees were compensated fairly and on time for their work contributions.
