I have a combined 17 years of work experience in Senior Management (SMS) in the three spheres of government responsible for Strategic Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Research, Policy Development and Coordination, Development Planning, Spatial Development, Local Economic Development, Environmental Management. I am currently a Chief Policy Analyst (Chief Director) in the Presidency Office of South Africa and in Policy and Research Services Branch. I am responsible for Macro Policy, Socio-Economic Impact Assessment System (SEIAS), Public Policy Coordination and Research since 01 September 2015. My responsibilities involve monitoring of strategic priorities such as State of the Nation Address commitments, provide evidence based advisory services to Principals, supporting Departments with application of SEIAS to draft policies and legislation, address red tape challenges, conduct policy analysis, lead research and evaluation projects. Chief Director: Socio-Economic Impact Assessment System (SEIAS)

  • Successfully rolled out implementation of SEIAS across National and Provincial Government after approval by Cabinet in 2015
  • Developed the National Policy Development Framework to guide policy making in Government, this Framework was approved by Cabinet on 02 December 2020
  • Developed a Framework for improving the Legislative Programme and Fulfilment of Parliament responsibilities by Members of the Executive in Parliament
  • Successfully project managed three evaluation projects related to improving institutional performance for enhanced service delivery
  • Conducted over two (2) research and led eight (10) research projects
