- Dairy management. Manage the diary of the of the residence director.
- Coordinate office operations, meetings and operations in the offices of the residence Director.
- Scheduling meetings, prepare documents transcript minutes.
- Typing, distribution and follow up.
- Record keeping and filling. Manage a suitable filing system and record keeping of the documents.
- Ensure accurate daily data capturing and consolidation for designated service points.
- Ensure that data is transmitted to the relevant manager within the set time frames.
- Ensure that all project output are captured in data for accountability and transparency.
- Participate in the data quality management bu performing system verifications.
- Submit monthly report in time.
- The preparation, compilation, sorting and capturing data.
- Greet customers and hand out menus.
- Take meals and beverages orders from customers and place them in the kitchen.
- Make menu recommendations and inform customers about the current special in the restaurant.
- Deliver orders to tables of the customers when they are done preparing them.

- Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.

- Issues receipts to customers.
- Answer all quires as they arise.
