Rayyaan Firfirey

My name is Rayyaan Firfirey, a law student at the University of Cape Town (UCT). I am currently pursuing an LLB and set to graduate in at the end of 2026. I previously earned a Bachelor of Social Science degree from UCT, majoring in Political Science & Governance and Law, and was placed on the Dean’s Merit List in 2022 and 2023. Beyond academics, I am passionate about personal growth, endurance running, and fitness. I enjoy debating, academic writing, and cross-cultural learning, having studied French in high school and currently learning Spanish. My motivation for studying law is rooted in my desire to uphold human rights, contribute to social justice, and making a positive impact. I am an organized and dependable candidate who is successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. I have a willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
