  • Health Professionals Analytics: Manage KPIs related to health professionals, from their digital presence to interactions with Discovery. Analyze utilization of digital platforms and manage incentives for providers and staff.
  • Collections Analytics: I oversee the design and implementation of strategic KPIs and incentive models to align departmental goals with performance metrics. This motivates the teams to achieve outstanding results in collections and administration . Analyze payment behavior, identify trends, and minimize financial risks by turning data into actionable insights. This enables Executives to make informed decisions on efficient payment collection, ensuring the financial stability and growth of the company.
  • Clinical Analytics: Conduct analyses for departments like Chronic, Oncology, and HIV, focusing on SLA management, effectiveness, efficiency, and incentive models. Ensure digital platforms impact cost and efficiency positively.
