I approach my work with patience, structure, and adaptability, creating a calm and supportive environment where children feel safe and understood. I am confident in managing a variety of behaviours, encouraging emotional regulation, and helping children build confidence and independence at their own pace. I hold a valid drivers licence with over 20 years of driving experience, ensuring safe and dependable transport for children.
