• Conduct thorough initial interviews and assessments
• Conduct functional assessments utilising appropriate motor-learning and Bobath approaches
• Functionally assess Range of Movement, Pain and Sensory functions
• Functionally assess Bed mobility, Balance, Gait, Recreational and Sporting tasks
• Functionally assess ability
• Utilise approved objective-based outcome measures
• Record performance testing measures or outcome measures
• Assess and prescribe appropriate assistive devices and therapeutic tools
• Perform home visits and make recommendations
• Based on assessment, formulate treatment plans that are client- centered, functional and goal orientated
• Identify and review therapy goals patients on a regular basis
• Evidence based treatment techniques
• Conduct appropriate community access goals with patients
• Write concise patient notes
• Compile comprehensive progress, motivation and or home visit reports
• Fulfill role of patient case manager

• Attendance at daily ICU rounds and weekly academic ward rounds
• Daily check of apparatus in Lung room; Ordering and monitoring of stock in the Lung room
