I am an Assistant Engineer specialising in Electrical, Controls and Instrumentation, with experience across building services and mission‑critical infrastructure projects. Having progressed from an engineering intern into a professional role, I bring a strong technical foundation combined with practical design and site exposure.
My experience includes MV and LV electrical design, load calculations, cable sizing, generator and transformer sizing, lighting simulations, and the development of single line diagrams in compliance with SANS, IEC, and NEC standards. I have also contributed to Controls & Instrumentation (C&I) deliverables such as loop diagrams, I/O schedules, control philosophies,PLC programming, cause‑and‑effect diagrams, and the specification of PLC/DCS and SCADA systems.
I am proficient in tools such as Revit, ETAP, DIALux, and Siemens SIMARIS, and I work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and coordinated engineering solutions. I have gained valuable exposure to mission‑critical projects, including data centres, where reliability, precision, and quality are essential.
I am detail oriented, adaptable, and highly motivated to grow as a professional engineer. I'm currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering Management, I am passionate about combining technical excellence with leadership and strategic thinking as I progress in my engineering career.
