- Assisted in Personnel meetings including Parole Board
- Pastoral counseling for bereaved families and other confidential issues affecting performance of Officers
- Counseling of officials and offenders on matters of Substance abuse, and contributed to HIV/AIDS awareness in partnership with EAP.
